| PJ7/DL7DF is QRT! Thanks for calling us. All in all we made some 32,000 QSOs from PJ7 and FS, 83% in CW, 16% in SSB and the rest in RTTY, PSK31 and SSTV. We hope that we have given you a new band or mode. See you from the Andaman Islands VU4 in April! | |||

| There is a pretty high heat here with 31°C and no wind. We QRT on Wednesday, March 8 at about 11:00 UTC to give the JAs a last chance. Then we pack everything and try to get to the airport which is on the other side of the island. Conditions get worse each day. 30m closed very early today. | |||
| Mar 5, 2006 | |||
| We plan SSTV for Monday at 1600 UTC either on 20 or 15m. | |||

| FS/DL7DF is QRT and on the way to the PJ7 location. We have added a few pictures from our FS location to the pictures page. | |||

| We plan changing our QTH (country!) tomorrow - March 2nd - and move to PJ7. So we will not be QRV between 11:00 UTC untill evening at about 21:00 UTC. | |||
| It was an amazing run on 160 this morning, we logged 204 stations, 65 of them on SSB. | |||
|
SSTV was running well with 19 stations in the log. We try again SSTV today 14:00 UTC on 15m. |
|||

| Attention: SSTV today at 1500 UTC on 20m! | |||

| Conditions are not good. We are getting closer to the 10,000 QSO landmark. No 160m yet due to this weekend's CQWW 160m Phone. | |||
| Feb 25, 2006 | |||
| Everything is going well after the initial problems with the property neighbour were solved who complained about interference. Both stations were running with full power for 24 hours and no more complaints. Some 6700 QSOs so far. | |||
|
80m and 160m isn't so easy - the vertical's top load ist too large for the local property but we solved it with a bottom coil for 160. But we need to go outside to be able to change bands between 80 and 160 which isn't that easy in the darkness - not to speak about the yelping neighbour's dogs. A try to build a remote control went up in smoke. We probably are on 160 one night and on 80 the next one. Let's see. Anyway, it is hopeless during this weekend's CQWW 160m Phone contest. |

| Sigi and crew arrived well on FS but had one day delay waiting for the antennas that were delayed in Paris. They came on the air at 0100 UTC today. The hotel location seems to be pretty good. | |||
